The Interpack BD-250 Granules Packing (Volumetric) Machine is a high-performance, fully automatic solution designed for efficient and precise packaging of granular and free-flowing products. • Vertical form-fill-seal type packing machine for producing center sealed pillow pouches
• Rubberised draw-off belt mechanism for film transport.
• Pneumatically operated center & cross sealing jaws.
• PLC controlled machine.
• Printmark scanner for running panel printed films.
• Can handle variety of heat seable packing material such as PET/Poly, Foil/Poly, BOPP/Poly, LDPE etc.

Optional :

• Perforation system to produce chain of pouches.
• Inert gas flushing system.
• Online printing of batch number, date, etc.

Cup Filler :

• Volumetric filling machine
• Suitable for filling granular & free flowing products like tea, rice, pulses, sooji, sugar etc.
• Consists of a set of rotating discs between which 4/6 sets of telescopic cups are fitted.
• Driven by 1-HP capacity geared motor.
• Controlled by variable frequency drive.
• With small storage hopper of 30-1 capacity.
• Product contact parts in SS-304.
